What this proves
- The receipt was signed by the stated Pricevice key at the stated time and has not been altered since.
- The attested output (price, discount, rebate, or quote) is exactly what was signed.
- When a policy was declared, whether that output sat within the declared bounds.
What this does not prove
- That the inputs were truthful — input integrity is a separate boundary.
- That the pricing model is fair beyond the properties the receipt actually asserts.
- Anything Concord / MFN related — that network stays reserved and is not this verifier.
